Account details (name, email) and the business data you enter — customers, products, sales, documents.
Operational logs (sign-ins, actions, device/browser) used to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use your data
To provide, secure, and improve SMEDNA, and to support you. We never sell your data.
Your business data belongs to you and is isolated per tenant; we access it only to operate or support the service.
Data security & trust
Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest for sensitive fields; least-privilege, role-based access.
Every change is recorded in an immutable operation audit log.
You can export an encrypted archive of your business data (AES-256-GCM) from the Backup page at any time and download it yourself.
Compliance guardrails (age-gate, consent capture, data-retention, DSAR export/erase) are enforced in the platform.
